Infusion: A dark reddish liquor.

Brewing method: 10gm tea leaves infused with 150ml hot water. Rinse the tea for the first infusion (pour off the tea quickly after infusing the boiling water). Steep the tea for only 1 minute for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd infusions, and increase 30seconds for the every next infusion from the 4th. Good for 6 to 8 times depends on your taste. IMPORTANT: you have to pour out the tea completely (leave no water in the teapot) when steeping time finished in each infusion.
