In western herbal medicine, Chrysanthemum tea is drunk and used as a compress to treat circulatory disorders such as varicose veins and atherosclerosis.
Chinese herbalists have claimed: Chrysanthemum can be used by the respiratory system to clear fever and headaches associated with colds and flu. – used as a tonic for the eyes to sooth redness – ease tension and headaches.
